As a birth and postpartum doula, I am able to assist pregnant people in all aspects of pregnancy. I am able to help with finding and selecting providers who support the birthing wishes of my clients. I provide education and support for all birthing choices including hospital and homebirth. Pain management during labor includes positioning, meditation, visualization, and education in selecting medicalized pain management. Emotional support during labor and postpartum.
