Aleta is an award-winning leader in the community and in her technical profession. She has been recognized as a Woman of Excellence by the Pittsburgh Courier, 30 under 30 by Pittsburgh Business Times, and most recently, nominated for the 2022 PA Bankers Tomorrow’s Promise Award. She is a Innovative Strategist, Tech Expert, D&I Champion, Product Owner, Web Designer, Public Speaker, VP Of the PA Doula Commission and a Doula herself.
Winter Clay, RN
Chief Operating Office - Co-Founder
Winter Clay is an ambassador for Christ. An advocate for healthy families. Wife. Mother. Nurse. Doula and Midwife Apprentice.
She is the co-founder of Masters of Maternity, PA’s very first doula directory, passionately created as a multifaceted solution to combat the rising maternal mortality rate.
