Hello! I've been a therapist for 20+ years and specifically working with Moms, Pregnant and Birthing People for the past 6 years and am a certified perinatal mental health counselor. I love working to empower women and helping them learn to lean into support and better support themselves. I work short term and longer term with people, depending on their needs for therapeutic support. I currently only offer telehealth services & take most insurances.
