Hi! I'm Nadia. I provide doula services from preconception to postpartum, childbirth education, and body literacy coaching. My practice was created in 2022 with an original focus on body literacy, but as my passion has expanded, so have my offerings! I believe that modern medicine is an invaluable resource, but I tend to work best with individuals and families that want to incorporate traditional medicine into their experience, too.
