Carra here! Wife and mother of 3 beautiful children. A cat and a dog. I wear many hats as I am a birth and postpartum doula looking into end of life doula studies. I am a RBT working with autistic children, a nanny, and a published author. I balance it well never bitting off more than I can chew. I'm constantly working on self love by journaling, walking and concentrating on overall health. I hope to own my own business someday or businesses. I love the babies, and the overall birth process
